Since 1865, The Chester Grosvenor has been an iconic epitome of style, glamour and elegance. Escape to one of the 68 bedrooms or 12 suites, all individually designed with a timeless décor, offering a light and airy feel.

The Chester Grosvenor, which is located in the heart of Chester, overlooks the famous Eastgate Clock and is just a short walk away from Chester Racecourse, Chester Cathedral and the Roman Amphitheatre, discovered to be the largest of its kind in Britain.

Simon Radley at The Chester Grosvenor is Cheshire’s only Michelin starred restaurant and one of only a handful of restaurants in the UK to have retained a Michelin star for more than 25 consecutive years. For a more relaxed feel, La Brasserie offers an informal dining experience for light lunches or evening meals and a lounge area for teas, coffees and pastries.

Indulge in The Spa at The Chester Grosvenor, which has been specially designed to evoke a state of relaxation. Let our skilful therapists take you on a spa journey with a luxury treatment before refreshing with a series of heat related experiences in the Thermal Suite.

Celebrate in style with up to 250 guests. The Chester Grosvenor offers an unforgettable backdrop for weddings, birthday parties Christenings or private dining and a conventional meeting and conference venue.

La Brasserie

La Brasserie adds a vibrant splash of Paris to Chester; creating a classic Parisian brasserie with lashings of panache. Home to a striking hand-painted glass skylight, the restaurant oozes a feeling of French sophistication.

One-of-a-kind in the city, discover the Josper grill serving traditional grill favourites... otherwise known as the hottest indoor barbecue in town!

For those looking for a more leisurely meal, La Brasserie offers a delicious ‘light bite’ menu alongside the full a la carte, offering classics such as battered haddock with chunky chips and the mouth-watering Grosvenor steak burger.

Light refreshments are served throughout the day, including a selection of pastries freshly baked daily in the hotel’s kitchens.

The restaurant bar offers an abundance of tantalising cocktails, wines, spirits and Champagne alongside hearty lagers perfect for pre-dinner drinks or a catch-up with friends.
